1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted unless:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product packaging is tampered with

2. Return Request Timeline

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Once your request is verified, we may offer:

  • Replacement product, or

  • Refund to the original payment method

Refunds may take 5โ€“7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been opened or consumed

  • Return request is made after the allowed time

  • Incorrect shipping address was provided
